Return Window
You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items that show wear, odor, or damage won't be accepted.

What You Get
Approved returns are issued as store credit or an exchange for a different size/item — no cash refunds. Store credit never expires.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we're not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

How to Start a Return
Email [your contact email] with your order number and reason for return within 7 days of delivery. We'll send you return instructions.

Final Sale Items
Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we'll make it right at no cost to you.
